The STAT AntiSpam program is no longer being actively maintained.

While we still use Mercury32 for some purposes, we have migrated to offsite servers as part of our effort to reduce costs and our carbon footprint. The latest version of Mercury32 offers significant advances in anti-spam measures over earlier version. We recommend users upgrade to the latest versions and start using the new strategies. The STAT AntiSpam program can still be used in that environment and some of the rules will always be useful
